The Lyndonville village board has agreed to allow snowmobilers to enter
the village to get gas at the E-Z Shop. They are supposed to mark the way into
town along West Ave. They said they are not looking to have anyone ticketed as
long as they use common sense when riding into the village.
PLEASE GO SLOW,
STAY ON THE MARKED TRAILAND PROCEED AS QUIETLY AS YOU CAN so that we do not
lose this opportunity. There is a village ordinance that does not allow
snowmobiles in the village, but they are willing to try this to see if it can
work. Please don't go flying down the street in the middle of the night to give
them a reason to revoke this. Some of the concerns of the past have been loud
noise late at night and damage to private property. Don't let a few spoil it for
all of us.
The trail to the K&K food Mart in Kendall
has changed. There is now a tree nursery behind the store. Please
follow the trail markers and stay on the trail. The following is a excerpt

This is not a drag strip. The airstrip has very expensive marker lights
that have been getting hit. If this persists, we will lose permission to
have a trail on any of this landowners property.
